Evelyn Chang
FCIArb, FSIArb, FAIADR
Evelyn has over 30 years of experience in the building and real estate industry. In her stint with developers and property consulting firms, she worked collaboratively with project managers and property owners on areas related to the construction and management of buildings from design to post construction stage for condominiums, shopping malls, industrial properties, hotels serviced residences and offices. In addition to being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators respectively, Evelyn is a panel arbitrator of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) respectively. Her area of specialization in dispute resolution practice involves matters related to real estate and the building and construction sector.
Rena Yan
With more than 30 years of related experience in the financial and real estate industry under Rena’s belt, she engages our clients proactively in the provision of holistic estate management services encapsulation financial accounting, human resource and IT support services.
